For me it's just perfect! I don't have time for going to a gym, having a 2yo baby boy. The bootcamp was what I needed to workout everyday





It was amazing! It offered variety of exercises that kept me interested in working out. I liked that I could do more or less sets if I wanted to increase the intensity of my workout. Great job guys! I want to continue my fitness goals and try other bodyrock workouts!
